I grew up with books on personal improvement, I have been and am a spiritual seeker. I believe that a better world “is possible.” I would like to continue sowing, with the goal of being able to see the humanity that lives in each person, and see our essential nature. As a child I admired and followed figures of spiritual teachers such as Gandhi, Teresa of Calcutta, and Martin Luther King, Jr.

Currently I give NVC training throughout the Canary Islands, reaching the Government and the Island Council, companies, and Educational Centers... applying all the training that I have been doing until now and integrating them into the NVC, which I call "Communication with the soul."

Currently, I am President of the Canary Islands Association of Nonviolent Communication, created in 2014. I am a graduate in Economics and Business Sciences, specializing in Human Resources. I learned about Nonviolent Communication in 2012 and after an intense weekend of training in Madrid, I promised myself that I would do everything possible to bring the NVC to the Islands. Today it is a reality and I feel very happy about its expansion, since it has been spreading throughout the Islands.

Crecí con libros de superación personal, he sido y soy una buscadora espiritual. Creo que un mundo mejor “es posible”. Me gustaría seguir sembrando, con el objetivo de ser capaz de ver la humanidad que habita en cada una de las personas, y ver nuestra naturaleza esencial. De niña admiraba y seguía figuras de grandes maestros espirituales, como lo han sido Gandhi, Teresa de Calcuta, Martin Luther King, etc..

En la actualidad doy formaciones de CNV en todo el Archipiélago Canario, llegando al Gobierno y al Cabildo Insular, empresas, Centros Educativos, etc… aplicando todas las formaciones que he venido realizando hasta ahora e integrándolas en la CNV, que yo llamo “Comunicación con el Alma” .

Actualmente, soy Presidenta de la Asociación Canaria de Comunicación No Violenta, creada en el año 2014. Licenciada en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales, especialidad de Recursos Humanos. Conocí la CNV en 2012 y después de un fin de semana intenso de formación en Madrid, me prometí que haría lo posible por traer la CNV a las Islas. Hoy es una realidad y me siento muy feliz de su expansión, ya que se ha ido divulgando por todas las Islas.
