It is an honor to guide people in the NVC and Inner Presence processes. I help people engage in empathic dialog with parts of themselves and then with others - when they've had the Self-Connection they **need**. The result in that they discover their unique empowering strategies for themselves and in their relationships.

Inner Presence Coaching has three aspects, grounded in compassion:

 1) Noticing and Awareness
 2) Internal Family Systems (IFS, "parts" work)
 3) Nonviolent Communication and Compassion

Inner Presence creates the conditions for meaningful change and long-lasting transformation.
