That's how, in 2010, I encountered Nonviolent Communication. Feeling lost in my relationships with my four children, overwhelmed by conflicts and tensions, I yearned for peaceful and creative connections. This encounter changed my life. I embarked on a profound journey of inner transformation, self-love, and contributing to the world in alignment with my aspirations. A certified professional coach since 2011, I facilitate human transformations, both collective and individual, fostering autonomy, awareness, and interdependence.
