Monica has devoted a significant part of her professional life to fostering dialogue between individuals. His interest in social change led him to train in sociology, to work in the field of international cooperation and finally to turn to the community environment.

For nearly 15 years, she has worked in inter-sectoral consultations, including 5 years as director of the Table de Concertation en Violence Conjugale de Montréal (TCVCM). Driven by the desire to better understand, welcome and support her two neurodivergent children to reach their full potential, Monica discovered NVC in 2015. After completing her entire training course, she has been working as a trainer at Spiralis since 2021.

At the same time, Monica acquired accreditation as a mediator from the IMAQ and teaches the Managing Emotions in Dispute Resolution course at the University of Sherbrooke. Over the years, she has developed an expertise in facilitating collaborative decision-making, thanks to her Convergent Facilitation training provided by Miki Kashtan. Monica is also trained in Unifying Leadership with Dynamo and is interested in the approaches of Theory U, Sociocracy, and learning organizations of Peter Senge.

Monica's personality is characterized by an anchoring, a calm and a quiet strength that permeate each of his interventions. In her teaching and support, Monica transmits the very essence of NVC and her deep understanding of the values transmitted by Marshall Rosenberg. She is keen to create spaces for dialogue where everyone feels listened to and respected, despite differences of opinion. Her talent for giving constructive feedback is a real gift to others.
