With humor and perseverance, I have set myself the goal of contributing to world peace. In my opinion, this can happen through appreciative communication and honest exchange, both with oneself and with others.

In my seminars, we work on establishing a deep connection with oneself and with others. In some processes, we will transform anger, allow shame, and openly celebrate joy.

I look forward to growth opportunities with all participants. Let's initiate social change together!

Topics: intercultural communication, dealing with judgments and conflicts, emotional work, voluntary services for ages 16 to 99, sociocracy, German-French cooperation, communal living, and housing projects.

#  Trainer's primary language

Mit Humor und Ausdauer habe ich mir das Ziel gesetzt zum Weltfrieden beizutragen. In meinem Augen kann dies durch wertschätzende Kommunikation und ehrlichen Austausch, sowohl mit sich selbst als auch mit anderen stattfinden.
In meinen Seminaren arbeiten wir daran eine tiefe Verbindung zu sich selbst und zu den anderen zu schaffen. In dem einen oder anderen Prozess werden wir Ärger verwandeln, Scham zulassen und Freude offen feiern.
Ich freue mich auf Wachstumsmöglichkeiten mit allem Teilnehmenden, lass uns zusammen den sozialen Wandel einleiten!

Themen: interkulturelle Kommunikation, Umgang mit Urteile und Konflikte, Gefühlsarbeit, Freiwilligendienste von 16 bis 99 Jahre alt, Soziokratie, Deutsch-französische Zusammenarbeit, gemeinschaftliches Wohnen, Wohnprojekte
