I have been discovering, practicing, and integrating Nonviolent Communication into my daily life since 2014. I am a therapist trained in Internal Family Systems, Enneagram-SAT, and Polyvagal Theory. I have been working with the body for twenty years from dance, Body Gestalt, Authentic Movement and Body Wheather. I am a theater coach and playwright, and also an architect.

My work focuses on paying attention to how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world. I accompany people who need clarity, confidence and meaning. I believe that harmony arises when, in our relationships, what each and every one of us feels and needs is taken into account equally. I offer individual and small group sessions.

Descubro, practico e integro la CNV en mi día a día desde el año 2014. Soy formadora certificada por el Center for Nonviolent Communication. Soy terapeuta formada en Internal Family System, Eneagrama-SAT y Teoría Polivagal. Llevo 20 años trabajando con el cuerpo desde la danza, la Gestalt Corporal, el Movimiento Auténtico y el Body Wheather. Soy coach teatral y dramaturga. Y, también, arquitecta.

Mi trabajo se centra en poner atención en cómo nos relacionamos con nosotrxs mismxs, con lxs otrxs y con el mundo. Acompaño a personas que necesitan claridad, confianza y sentido. Creo que la armonía surge cuando, en nuestras relaciones, lo que sentimos y necesitamos todxs y cada unx de nosotrxs, es tenido en cuenta por igual. Ofrezco sesiones individuales y para grupos pequeños.
