My taste for observation, listening, relationship, and my desire to contribute to social change led me to practice the profession of journalism for thirty years. At the same time, for fifteen years, I trained in different approaches to communication and conflict resolution, including Nonviolent Communication, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Humanistic Mediation, restorative circles, Self Leadership (IFS), and Relational Intelligence, as well as governance tools such as Sociocracy and Holacracy, for which I am developing a support and training activity.

After having sought to reveal the world with my job as a journalist, I now help individuals and organizations to reveal themselves, to find their resources and to develop their talents. In companies, public institutions such as hospitals and schools, and associations in which I intervene, I also help to build a human organization of work that places value on freedom, trust, autonomy, and cooperation.

Mon goût pour l’observation, l’écoute, la relation et ma volonté de contribuer au changement social m’ont amenée à exercer le métier de journaliste, durant 30 ans.. Parallèlement, depuis 15 ans, formée à différentes approches de la communication et de résolution de conflits (Communication NonViolente, Programmation Neuro Linguistique, Médiation humaniste, cercles restauratifs), au SelfLeadership (IFS), à l'IR (Intelligece Relationnelle), ainsi qu’à des outils de gouvernance telles que la sociocratie, l’holacratie, je développe une activité d’accompagnement et de formation.

Après avoir cherché à révéler le monde avec mon métier de journaliste, j’aide aujourd’hui les individus et les organisations à se révéler à eux-mêmes, à retrouver leurs ressources et à développer leurs talents. Dans les entreprises, les institutions publiques (hôpitaux, écoles) ou les associations dans lesquelles j’interviens, j’aide aussi à construire une organisation humaine du travail qui mette au cœur de son action de la liberté, de la confiance, de l’autonomie et de la coopération.
