I am a journalist and cultural expert by education. I joined these studies out of curiosity about other people and a penchant for asking questions, investigating, and looking for broad answers.

When conducting training, mediation and coaching, I and my clients seek a unique sense of being in harmony with themselves and others, with a sense of authenticity and care for others. I work with individuals, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations and companies.

I devote a lot of my curiosity and attention to the subject of education and work with a sense of freedom and responsibility thanks to cooperation with schools and companies that are looking for a new management style (turquoise organizations, democratic schools).

Z wykształcenia jestem dziennikarką i kulturoznawczynią. Na studia te poszłam z ciekawości innych ludzi jak i upodobania do zadawania pytań, dociekań, szukania szerokich odpowiedzi.

Prowadząc szkolenia, mediacje oraz coachingi szukam wraz z moimi Klientami unikalnego poczucia bycia w harmonii z samym sobą i z innymi, w poczuciu autentyczności siebie jak i troski o innych. Pracuję zarówno z osobami indywidualnymi, jak i instytucjami edukacyjnymi, organizacjami pozarządowymi, jak i firmami.

Wiele mojej ciekawości i uwagi daję tematyce edukacji i pracy w poczuciu wolności i odpowiedzialności dzięki współpracy ze szkołami jak i firmami, które szukają nowego stylu zarządzania (organizacje turkusowe, szkoły demokratyczne).
