Thank you for visiting my page! As an advocate for interdependence and relational living, I invite you to connect with me. Our world is deeply interconnected, and understanding this can transform our experiences. If you feel tension or conflict, I encourage you to listen to your body and emotions, recognizing the unmet needs within.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) has been a profound gift in my life, helping me connect with others on a deeper level. In addition to being a certified NVC trainer, I have been a teacher of personal and spiritual development and a somatic practitioner since 2006. I also work with essential mineral salts of the body, using this knowledge to help individuals discover more about themselves.
