It started as a longing for kindness, compassion, peace, equality, care, beauty, play, and humor when I was a child and an adolescent. After becoming a counselor in 2007, I discovered Marshall Rosenberg and began to follow the first Romanian Certified Trainer - Monica Reu. She was and is an important person in my journey who encouraged me in 2018 to become a Certified Trainer, and through her, I met Gina Lawrie, who was my assessor. For both of them, I feel gratitude and joy; they inspired and sustained me on my way. I use Nonviolent Communication in my inner search for authenticity, self-compassion, and healing, and I integrate it daily in my professional life as a Person-Centered psychotherapist. My dream is to bring awareness of NVC spirituality in my field of psychologists and counselors and to create a community related to the Person-Centered approach where NVC can have its recognition and place. # Trainer's primary language Călătoria Comunicării Nonviolente a început în inima mea cu mult înainte de a fi conștient de numele ei. A început ca un dor de bunătate, compasiune, pace, egalitate, grijă, frumusețe, joacă și umor când eram copil și adolescent. După ce am devenit consilier în 2007, l-am descoperit pe Marshall Rosenberg și am început să-l urmăresc pe primul Trainer Român certificat - Monica Reu. Ea a fost și este o persoană importantă în călătoria mea care m-a încurajat în 2018 să devin Certified Trainer, iar prin ea, am cunoscut-o pe Gina Lawrie, care a fost evaluatorul meu. Pentru amândoi, simt recunoștință și bucurie; m-au inspirat și susținut pe drumul meu. Folosesc Comunicarea Nonviolentă în căutarea mea interioară a autenticității, a autocompasiunii și a vindecării și o integrez zilnic în viața mea profesională ca psihoterapeut centrat pe persoană. Visul meu este să aduc conștientizarea spiritualității NVC în domeniul meu de psihologi și consilieri și să creez o comunitate legată de abordarea centrată pe persoană, unde NVC își poate avea recunoașterea și locul.
