Luís' purpose is to help people get to know themselves better so they can live in a richer and more pleasurable way. He is married, has children, is the manager of a training company and owner of a software development company. Luís studied Nonviolent Communication in the United States in 2010, directly with Marshall Rosenberg and his team, having complemented his training in Switzerland and England later. He has been teaching Nonviolent Communication courses ever since, as well as teaching “Sleeping, Dreaming and Awakening” courses since 2010.

He has been a certified mindfulness meditation teacher since 2008 and has taught more than 200 courses since then.

Luís Carvalho estudou Comunicação Não-Violenta nos EUA em 2010, diretamente com Marshall Rosenberg e a sua equipa, tendo complementado a sua formação na Suíça e em Inglaterra posteriormente. Leciona cursos de comunicação não violenta desde então.

#### Dormir Melhor

A formação do Luís Carvalho foi feita nos Estados Unidos diretamente com Stephen LaBerge, reconhecido investigador na área do sono e dos sonhos. Leciona cursos de “Dormir, sonhar e despertar” desde 2010.
