"For me NVC was essential to in my work to free myself of the limiting beliefs and views that I had for myself, my life, and my work, born from my lived experience of racism and other forms of oppression. I have been especially interested in bringing NVC into organisations of all types and sizes as it is at work and in community that many of us spent our most alert hours. I want to support people to move towards alignment to who they understand themselves to be and share with them the "how" of attending to impact and nurturing trust in themselves and in their relationships."
