First and foremost, I am a speech therapist at heart, who then decided to work in academia and teaching, and since 2015 I have been working as a lecturer in speech therapy. At the same time, I began a deep exploration of Nonviolent Communication. Since then, I have been diving ever deeper, and since 2025 I have been sharing Nonviolent Communication as a Certified Trainer.

What is especially important to me in this is that the focus is on the attitude, so that Nonviolent Communication does not remain just a method. I see empathy as a key to further development, and it is something especially close to my heart.

#  Trainer's primary language

 In erster Linie bin ich von Herzen aus Logopädin, die sich dann für das Arbeiten in der Wissenschaft und Lehre entschieden hat und seit 2015 als Lehrlogopädin unterwegs ist. Zeitgleich begann die Tiefe Auseinandersetzung mit der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation. Seither tauche ich immer Tiefer und gebe seit 2025 als zertifizierte Trainerin die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation weiter.

Hierbei ist mir vor allem wichtig, dass die Haltung ins Zentrum rückt und die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation keine Methode bleibt. Empathie sehe ich als ein Schlüssel für Weiterentwicklung und liegt mir ganz besonders am Herzen.
