I help people discover the treasures that already lie within them: feelings, needs, and inner clarity. My focus is on working with adults who support children in their daily lives – parents, educators and teachers. I am driven by the question of how children can grow up without losing touch with themselves, and how adults can support them in this process.

My workshops are less about theory and more about experience. I invite people to become curious about their inner world, to discover new perspectives, and to experience the power of self-empathy and genuine connection. For me, Nonviolent Communication is not a technique, but a compass. It helps us find our way, make conscious decisions, and shape relationships in such a way that connection and vitality can flourish.

#  Trainer's primary language

Ich begleite Menschen dabei, die Schätze zu entdecken, die bereits in ihnen liegen: Gefühle, Bedürfnisse und innere Klarheit.

Mein Schwerpunkt liegt in der Arbeit mit Erwachsenen, die Kinder im Alltag begleiten: Eltern, Erzieher und Lehrer. Mich bewegt die Frage, wie Kinder aufwachsen können, ohne den Kontakt zu sich selbst zu verlieren und wie Erwachsene sie dabei unterstützen können.

In meinen Seminaren geht es weniger um Theorie als um Erfahrung. Ich lade Menschen ein, neugierig auf ihre innere Welt zu werden, neue Perspektiven zu entdecken und die Kraft von Selbstempathie und echter Verbindung zu erleben.

Für mich ist Gewaltfreie Kommunikation keine Technik, sondern ein Kompass. Sie unterstützt uns dabei, Orientierung zu finden, bewusste Entscheidungen zu treffen und Beziehungen so zu gestalten, dass Verbindung und Lebendigkeit wachsen können.
