Born in 1964, grew up in the Hunsrück, in a family in which several members were severely traumatized by war and flight. From an early age, the question of the meaning of life - and of my own - was an important stimulus for me. It accompanied me from my confrontation with the existentialists in religious education, through my studies in theology and my training as a mediator, to my current work in the women's shelter.

In this search, I met Marshall Rosenberg in 1997 through the mediation and NVC pioneer Beate Ronnefeldt and I am deeply grateful to both of them. I have been a certified trainer myself since 2005.

In my seminars, supervisions and annual groups, I place a special focus on confronting trauma and other forms of violence and conditioning – be it on an intrapersonal, interpersonal or societal level – with the power of empathy and contributing to a fulfilled life in dignity and mutual respect.

#  Trainer's primary language

Jahrgang 1964, aufgewachsen im Hunsrück, in einer Familie, in der mehrere Mitglieder durch Krieg und Flucht stark traumatisiert waren. Schon von klein an war für mich die Frage nach dem Sinn des – und meines eigenen – Lebens ein wichtiger Anstoß. Sie begleitete mich von der Auseinandersetzung mit den Existenzialisten im Religionsunterricht über mein Studium der Theologie und meine Ausbildung zur Mediatorin bis hin zu meiner heutigen Tätigkeit im Frauenhaus.

Auf dieser Suche begegnete ich 1997 Marshall Rosenberg durch die Mediations- und GFK-Pionierin Beate Ronnefeldt und ich bin beiden aus tiefstem Herzen dankbar. Seit 2005 bin ich selbst zertifizierte Trainerin.

In meinen Seminaren, Supervisionen und Jahresgruppen lege ich einen besonderen Fokus darauf, Traumatisierungen sowie anderen Formen von Gewalt und Konditionierung – sei es auf innerpersönlicher, zwischenmenschlicher oder gesellschaftlicher Ebene – mit der Kraft der Einfühlung zu begegnen und zu einem erfüllten Leben in Würde und gegenseitigem Respekt beizutragen.
