I am a safe space for people to change their dynamics of violence that are normalized, so we, together, can walk towards the mentality of unity, trust, and collaboration. My academic path has been diverse and has allowed me to explore different ways of understanding the human being and the complexities we face as a collective. I studied International Business at the Tec de Monterrey in Mexico and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Münster, Germany. Over time, my personal and professional search led me to pursue a Master's Degree in Family Development. Now I have deeply human tools that I have applied while working with companies, schools, and families. I was diagnosed with Autism (level one) with high abilities as an adult. My diagnosis means that I have enough intelligence to mask my autistic traits to be able to function in the current system, but by doing that, my nervous system is on alert 24/7. My high abilities have helped me learn about human behavior so I can analyze and identify patterns and most likely outcomes. Since my diagnosis, I began to learn about neurodivergence, its co-morbidities, trauma, and relational neuroscience to understand the integral impact on longevity and quality of life. In Human Design, I am a Projector. Let's say that I am a flashlight that illuminates the road, my battery is small and is charged with sunlight. My spotlight gives intense light, and my battery runs out quickly. My strength lies in structuring complex ideas (my high IQ) and expressing them clearly (language skills and oral expression), and connecting both with what is alive in my heart, the emotions linked to a great sense of values and capacity for hyper-empathy (configuration of my neurodivergence). After a decade of bringing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to business environments, I made my certification focused on NVC and Neurodivergence in the hope that my efforts will help create safe spaces of understanding and connection so that in the future, all people, neurodivergent or neurotypical, their families, and their communities will find safe spaces where everyone's needs matter. I have a deep sensitivity and connection with nature and subtle energies, so my dream is to live in a solarpunk world, in a community, full of diversity.
