I am a Gestalt psychotherapist (during a four-year training at the Wielkopolska School of Gestalt Psychotherapy), I work online and in my office in Zielona Góra. In my work I also use knowledge and skills from the areas of NVC, I am a certified trainer of Nonviolent Communication - and the Internal Family System - and since 2021, I have also been an active IFS practitioner.

I support people in psychological and life crisis, all those who want to live more fully, free their internal limitations on the path to a more satisfying life. Together with several wonderful families I founded and co-ran the Free School in Zielona Góra for 8 years. I am also the president and founder of the MindfulNVC Foundation (formerly Boczne Drogi) promoting life and upbringing without violence.

jestem psychoterapeutką Gestalt (w trakcie czteroletniego szkolenia w Wielkopolskiej Szkole Psychoterapii Gestalt), pracuję on-line i w gabinecie w Zielonej Górze. W swojej pracy wykorzystuję również wiedzę i umiejętności z obszarów NVC jestem certyfikowaną trenerką Porozumienia bez Przemocy - oraz Systemu Wewnetrznej Rodziny - od 2021 roku również aktywnym praktykiem IFS.

Wspieram osoby w kryzysie psychologicznym, życiowym, wszystkich tych, którzy chcą żyć pełniej, uwolnić wewnętrzne ograniczenia na drodze do bardziej satysfakcjonujacego życia. Razem z kilkoma wspaniałymi rodzinami założyłam i przez 8 lat współprowadziłam Wolną Szkołę w Zielonej Górze. Jestem również prezesem i założycielką Fundacji MindfulNVC (dawniej Boczne Drogi) propagującej życie i wychowanie bez przemocy.
