As a facilitator, trainer and mediator, I support individuals and groups in shaping their lives as cohesive communities. My passion is to bring people together, to live and experience communication at eye level and with mutual respect. I take an in-depth look at conflict as a source of growth and creativity. My course participants and clients get support in entering into dialogue with themselves and others. Als Moderator, Trainer und Mediator unterstütze ich Einzelpersonen und Gruppen dabei, sich ihr Zusammenleben zu gestalten. Meine Leidenschaft ist es, Menschen zu begleiten, Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und mit Wertschätzung zu leben und zu erleben. Ich beschäftige mich eingehend mit Konflikten als Quelle von Wachstum und Kreativität. Die Teilnehmer meiner Kurse und meine Klienten unterstützen ich darin, mit sich selbst und anderen in Dialog zu kommen.
