"NVC tools help to transform conflicts in a dialogue where people can talk about what they really want to achieve. Together we find a way that both parties can agree upon."

As a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer, legal adviser, and certified mediator for over twenty years, I like to have a dialogue when there is a dispute. There is so much to learn from a conflict. It can bring growth and a solution, or the discussion about what is disturbing everyone can bring rest, peace, and relief. Talking about emotions and what a person longs for can be challenging. It is my goal to contribute to both parties by listening and asking questions with respect for both sides. I offer an open and safe environment which invites people to talk about what is important to them.
