I have always cared deeply about people and their well-being, but it was after the birth of my child that I truly became passionate about consciousness-raising and social change, determined not to pass on my traumas to him and to help ensure that he can grow up in a more just and equitable world. As a dedicated coach and trainer, I use my skills in Nonviolent Communication, my personal experience with systems of oppression, and my knowledge of trauma to support individuals and groups who wish to empower themselves. My Training: I am trained in Nonviolent Communication, the Internal Family System, Polyvagal Theory, Mediation, Restorative Circles, Sociocracy, and Connecting Work, and I am aware of systemic privilege and oppression as well as power dynamics. My Background: Of Chinese descent, I was born and raised on the island of Réunion, in a small family business. After completing my studies in France, I immigrated to Quebec, where I now live in an intentional community. # Trainer's primary language Je suis avant tout une personne qui aime profondément vivre l’expérience d’être humaine et goûter à l’intensité de la vie dans toutes ses joies et toutes ses peines, et avec tous mes sens. J’ai toujours eu à cœur l’humain et son bien-être, mais c’est depuis la naissance de mon enfant que je me suis réellement passionnée pour le travail de la conscience et le changement social, déterminée à ne pas lui transmettre mes traumas et à contribuer à ce qu’il puisse grandir dans un monde plus juste et équitable. Accompagnante et formatrice engagée, je mets mes compétences en Communication NonViolente, mon vécu des systèmes d’oppression ainsi que mes connaissances sur le trauma au service des individus et collectifs qui souhaitent s’émanciper. Mes formations : Je suis formée en Communication NonViolente, Internal Family System, Théorie Polyvagale, Médiation, Cercles Restaurateurs, Sociocratie, Travail Qui Relie, et conscientisée aux privilèges et oppressions systémiques et aux dynamiques de pouvoir. Mes appartenances : D’origine chinoise, je suis née et j’ai grandi sur l’île de la Réunion, dans une petite entreprise familiale. Après mes études en France, j’ai immigré au Québec où je vis aujourd’hui en communauté intentionnelle.
