I am deeply committed to helping bring Nonviolent Communication (NVC) into the healthcare field for everyone who wants relationships to be at the heart of care. As Vice President of Cap CNV Santé, I enjoy sharing how the NVC process has transformed my practice as a physiotherapist. It has enabled me to:

- Take care of myself and prevent burnout.
- Improve my relationships with colleagues, fostering greater cooperation.
- Rebuild meaningful relationships with patients through empathy, finding the right balance of closeness and creating a healthy, collaborative therapeutic alliance.

I also enjoy facilitating workshops with my wife for couples, where we share how NVC helps us embrace our differences and live our relationship with joy and responsibility.

J’ai à cœur de contribuer à transmettre la CNV dans le milieu de la Santé à tous ceux qui souhaitent que la relation soit au cœur du soins. En tant que Vice-Président de Cap CNV Santé, j'aime témoigner que le processus de la CNV dans ma pratique de Masseur-Kinésithérapeute m'a permis de :

- Prendre soins de moi et d'éviter le Burn Out
- Améliorer ma relation avec les collègues et ainsi vivre plus de coopération
- Renouer une relation de qualité avec les patients grâce à l'empathie pour trouver une juste proximité et permettre une alliance thérapeutique équilibrée.

J'aime aussi intervenir avec ma femme pour les couples et pouvoir témoigner en quoi la CNV nous permet de vivre notre couple avec nos différences dans la joie et la responsabilité
