For more than two decades, he has accompanied leaders, teams, and organizations in their growth and development. After his bachelor's degree in business administration from HEC Montreal and a master's degree in organizational development from Concordia University, he obtained his certification as a trainer in Nonviolent Communication from the CNVC. Since 1996, he has coached and trained leaders and management teams of small and large organizations to improve their leadership, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence and team performance. As an Integral Development Coach, he is known for creating authentic relationships and creative designs that help accelerate the growth of his clients. Fluent in French and English, he currently lives in Montreal, Canada. # Trainer's primary language Jean-Philippe est un coach professionnel, formateur et facilitateur qui a mis l’empathie et la sagesse au centre de sa vie.
