What else could be more important than rediscover our own "divine energy", the immutable source of love and beauty, to let it shine in all our relationships. Within oneself and toward the entire world.
Operating in the province of Quebec, Jacinthe Theriault-Fortier’s academic background, as well as her work in Focusing according to the approach of Ann Weiser-Cornell, and knowledge about the Polyvagal Theory from Stephen Porgess, led her to dive into human relationships. Here, she cultivated her capacity to transform inevitable conflicts — internal and external — into potential for growth.
It was first in the family and personal spheres, then in a practice of individual accompaniment, that she began to exercise her skills to support the transformation of relational conflicts. Facilitating workshops for various community organizations has allowed Jacinthe to reach varied audiences. Her experience has led her to see that for each team, whether parental or professional, to be fully effective depends on the same foundations of trust and respect.

Formatrice certifiée en Communication NonViolente (CNV) et en Focusing oeuvrant dans la providence de Québec. Ses parcours académique (baccalauréat en administration, maîtrise en technologie de l’information et différents certificats universitaires) et alternatif (Communication consciente (CNV), Focusing selon l’approche d’Ann Weiser-Cornell et connaissance de la Théorie Polyvagale de Stephen Porgess) l’ont amenée à plonger dans les relations humaines, le savoir-être permettant de transformer les conflits inévitables (intérieurs et extérieurs) en potentiel de croissance. C’est d’abord dans les sphères familiale et personnelle, puis dans une pratique d’accompagnement individuel qu’elle a commencé à exercer ses compétences pour soutenir la transformation des conflits relationnels. L’animation d’ateliers pour différents organismes communautaires lui a permis de rejoindre un public varié. Son expérience l’a amenée à constater que chaque équipe, qu’elle soit parentale ou professionnelle, pour être pleinement efficace s’appuie sur les mêmes fondements de confiance et de respect.
