For the last ten years, I have been offering space for presence, connection and transformation, with the tools of Nonviolent Communication, a needs-based approach to conflict developed by Marshall Rosenberg, as well as other approaches. I offer training, mediation and consultations for the public and organizations. Since 2018 I am the lead trainer of the accredited “Mediation For Life" training in Czechia.

When I work with couples, I combine the Mediate Your Life approach with other modalities, such as Somatic Experiencing and body energetics. I provide online mediation and NVC coaching. I like to invite the wisdom of our bodies and use the knowledge of our nervous system and regulation, which I find very useful in relationship healing.

My background is in social and cultural ecology. Care for the climate and the environment influences all the choices that I make: how I travel, what I buy, what I eat and what I do. I try my best to reduce my ecological footprint to minimum. And this is part of the service that I offer.
