Iris brings orientation and movement in a structured and approachable way, even to deadlocked topics. Above all, she manages to open up spaces in which difficult and vulnerable topics can also be expressed and thus also worked on. Iris has been supporting group dynamic processes for almost thirty years, and has been working as a communication trainer and process supporter in adult education in local and international organizations since 2002. The content focuses on systemic changer, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and, since 2024, Trauma, with secondary topics of protection against violence, participation, and social cohesion. Das sind die Kernkompetenzen von Iris Bawidamann. Sie bringt strukturiert und nahbar Orientierung und Bewegung auch in festgefahrene Themen. Vor allem schafft sie es, Räume zu öffnen, in denen auch schwierige und verletzliche Themen ausgesprochen und damit auch bearbeitet werden können. Iris begleitet seit fast 30 Jahren gruppendynamische Prozesse und ist seit 2002 als Kommunikations-Trainerin und Prozessbegleiterin in der Erwachsenenbildung in lokalen und internationalen Organisationen tätig. Inhaltliche Schwerpunkte sind systemische Veränderungen, gewaltfreie Kommunikation seit 2024 auch Trauma. Nebenthemen sind Gewaltschutz, Partizipation und interkulturelle Kommunikation. Ihr ist wichtig, dass jede Person so sein kann, wie sie ist, aber dabei die anderen nicht aus den Augen verliert.
