I’m Inge, a passionate trainer and facilitator. I believe that learning happens through connection. I support professionals in secondary education to engage with students, parents, and colleagues with more confidence, openness, authenticity, and gentleness. In my trainings, I create a space where feelings and needs are welcome and heard, a place where genuine exchange, openness, learning, and growth can unfold, free from judgment and with attention to what truly matters. The core of my work lies in strengthening the capacity to observe, connect, and collaborate more effectively in “real-life” situations. In the daily reality of education, I see how sensitive and complex it can be: teachers, mentors, and support staff guiding students who learn and live together. Students with diverse backgrounds and home situations, each with different needs, sometimes without a safe foundation or a place where they are fully seen and heard. Young people in the bloom of their lives, on their way to graduation, supported by educators who genuinely want the best for them. What drives me is witnessing how even a small shift in language, attention, or attitude can make a difference, for a student, a team, or an entire class. When an educator stays connected to themselves and speaks authentically, true meeting becomes possible. From that place, equality, ownership, partnership, and connection can grow, rather than an environment dominated by hierarchy, power, guilt, or shame. From this reality, I offer tailor-made programs for schools and educators. Through the professionals who work with students, I aim to contribute to the happiness and well-being of growing children. Together we travel from judgment to curiosity, from taking a position to asking a question, from automatic reaction to conscious connection. # Trainer's primary language #### Trainer gespecialiseerd in Nonviolent Communication binnen het onderwijs, met een focus op toepasbaarheid in de dagelijkse schoolpraktijk. Ik ben Inge, gepassioneerd trainer en facilitator. Ik geloof dat leren in verbinding ontstaat. Ik ondersteun professionals in het voortgezet onderwijs om met meer vertrouwen, openheid, authenticiteit én zachtheid het contact aan te gaan met leerlingen, ouders én elkaar. In mijn trainingen creëer ik een ruimte waar gevoelens en behoeften welkom zijn. Een plek waar echte uitwisseling, openheid, leren en groei kunnen ontstaan, vrij van oordelen en met aandacht voor wat er werkelijk toe doet. De kern van mijn werk ligt in het versterken van vaardigheden om in het ‘echte leven’ waar te nemen, te verbinden en effectiever samen te bewegen en werken. In de onderwijspraktijk zie ik hoe fijngevoelig en tegelijk complex het is: docenten, mentoren en onderwijsondersteunend personeel begeleiden leerlingen die samen leren en leven. Leerlingen met uiteenlopende achtergronden en thuissituaties, met verschillende behoeften, soms zonder een veilige basis en situaties waarin ze niet altijd gezien en gehoord worden. Jongeren in de bloei van hun leven, op weg naar een diploma, begeleid door docenten die met passie het beste willen doen voor de jongeren. Wat mij drijft? Dat ik telkens weer zie hoe een kleine verandering in taal, aandacht of houding het verschil kan maken, voor een leerling, voor een team, voor een hele klas. Wanneer een begeleider in contact blijft met zichzelf en authentiek spreekt, ontstaat er echte ontmoeting. Vanuit die plek kunnen gelijkwaardigheid, eigenaarschap, partnership en verbinding groeien, in plaats van een omgeving waarin hiërarchie, macht, schuld of schaamte de boventoon voeren. Vanuit deze realiteit bied ik maatwerkprogramma’s aan voor het onderwijs. Zo wil ik, via de professionals die met leerlingen werken, bijdragen aan het geluk en welzijn van opgroeiende kinderen.
