Founded in 2018 by Liu Yi — China’s first CNVC Certified Trainer and Assessor and the Mandarin translator of Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life — NVC Chinese Network is a leading platform advancing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) across China.

We provide a systematic learning pathway spanning public education, family and organizational applications, and professional development. Through our NVC Certification Center, we are committed to empowering 1,000 NVC leaders by 2030, cultivating facilitators, coaches, and mediators dedicated to life-serving leadership.

With a nationwide learning community, we are now entering a new phase of growth — evolving toward a sustainable, mission-aligned business model. Internally, we integrate NVC principles with self-management practices to strengthen governance, execution, and long-term organizational sustainability. We call this approach a “Compassionate Enterprise,” where livelihood and social impact grow together.
