Khuyen has more than 18 years of experience in the fields of Human Resources Management, training, career coaching and operations, and has participated in several NVC International Intensive Trainings. Khuyen strongly believes that deep inside people & organizations are beautiful and legitimate needs. Realizing these needs is the foundation of social growth and development.
