In connection with my education in psychomotor physiotherapy, I came across Marshall Rosenberg's book in 2002. I was immediately taken by the depth of Nonviolent Communication and have been ever since. For me, NVC has been a lifeline that has gradually helped me to heal emotional pain from earlier in life.

In addition, Nonviolent Communication helps me, again and again, to create contact with other people, where the alternative has previously been to withdraw from contact. I long for profound changes in the world and think that NVC can contribute. I want all people to feel safe and have their basic needs met.

forbindelse med min utdanning i psykomotorisk fysioterapi kom jeg over Marshalls bok i 2002. Jeg ble umiddelbart bergtatt av dybden i IVK og har vært det siden. I år 2022 ble jeg sertifisert trener. For meg har IVK vært et redningsbelte som gradvist har hjulpet meg til å hele følelsesmessig smerte fra tidligere i livet.

I tillegg hjelper IVK meg, igjen og igjen, til å skape kontakt til andre mennesker, der alternativet tidligere har vært å trekke meg fra kontakten. Jeg lengter etter dyptgående forandringer i verden og tenker at IVK kan bidra. Jeg ønsker at alle mennesker kunne kjenne seg trygge og få sine basale behov fylt.
