I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and trainer and with the SentimosNeeds project I combine my three hobbies: Nonviolent Communication, Critical Psychology, and Systemic Therapy.

My great hobby is accompanying people in situations where they seek understanding, listening and support and creating spaces for living human relationships, trust, learning, growth, healing and empathy. As well as disseminating NVC as a therapist and trainer, with projects such as “SentimosNeed”, “The Giraffe's Dream”, “CNV in Family”, etc.

Soy psicóloga, psicoterapeuta y formadora y con el proyecto SentimosNecesitamos compagino mis tres aficiones: la Comunicación NoViolenta, la Psicología Critica y la Terapia Sistémica.

Mi gran afición es el acompañamiento de personas en situaciones donde buscan comprensión, escucha y apoyo y la creación de espacios de relaciones humanas vivos, de confianza, aprendizaje, crecimiento, sanación y empatía. Así como difundir la CNV como terapeuta y formadora, con proyectos como “SentimosNecesitamos”, “El sueño de la jirafa”, la “CNV en Familia”, etc.

Recordar nuestros valores y tenerlas presentes en situaciones difíciles, para bajar de la espiral de violencia y cocrear una vida sostenible en pequeño y en grande. Podemos meter la pata y podemos sanar, restaurar y cambiar.”
