I discovered NVC in 1999 and trained in Belgium, Switzerland, and France. I did a large part of my apprenticeship, notably as an interpreter, with [Marshall Rosenberg](https://www.cnvc.org/about/marshall), the founder of the process. I have been certified since 2009. I have 20 years of experience in the field of European institutions and I offer training throughout the world, in the education sector, for companies where I support managers in particular.

I worked for the Luxembourg Ministry of National Education in the context of teacher training, for the European Schools of Luxembourg and Brussels. I regularly speak to managers of personal assistance institutions such as the Luxembourg Red Cross, the Hospital Centers of Luxembourg and Esch, and the Departmental Solidarity Houses of Nancy.

I support people in a phase of questioning and change (career, family, burn-out, rust-out, integration, and motivation). A trained translator, I have also translated numerous CNV works available in French for Éditions Jouvence and La Découverte, in particular. From 2020 to 2023, I served on the Board of Directors of the Center for Nonviolent Communication.

#  Trainer's primary language

J’ai découvert la CNV en 1999 et me suis formée en Belgique, en Suisse et en France. J’ai fait une grande partie de mon apprentissage, notamment comme interprète, auprès de [Marshall Rosenberg](https://www.cnvc.org/fr/about/marshall), le fondateur du processus. Je suis certifiée depuis 2009. J’ai 20 ans d'expérience dans le milieu des institutions européennes et je propose des formations à travers le monde, dans le secteur de l’éducation, pour des entreprises où j’accompagne notamment des managers.

J’ai travaillé pour le Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale Luxembourgeois dans le cadre de la formation des enseignants, pour les Ecoles européennes de Luxembourg et Bruxelles. J’interviens régulièrement auprès de responsables d’institutions d’aide à la personne telle que la Croix Rouge Luxembourgeoise, les Centres Hospitaliers de Luxembourg et Esch, les Maisons Départementales de Solidarités de Nancy…

J’accompagne des personnes en phase de questionnement et de mutation (carrière, famille, burn-out, rust-out, intégration, motivation,…). Traductrice de formation, j’ai également traduit de nombreux ouvrages de CNV disponibles en français pour les Éditions Jouvence et La Découverte, notamment. De 2020 à 2023 j’ai siégé au Conseil d’Administration du CNVC (Centre international pour la CNV).
