What is your view? **Conflicts are opportunities.** Conflicts are part of life. They usually arise from different interests or misunderstandings in communication. If the differences remain unresolved, a bad feeling often remains and relationships are damaged. As a spouse, housewife and mother of five children, I am confronted with conflicts on a daily basis. Nonviolent Communication is a valuable gift for me to stay connected, especially in everyday family life. In my professional environment, I work as a conflict educator, coach, author, organizer, mediator and trainer. I am passionate about passing on knowledge and supporting (learning) processes. My specialty is leading communication training and supporting people in conflict situations. There she was involved in individual counseling, group counseling and project support in the area of ​​church youth work. Eveline Degani has been running the Giraffen.Schule since summer 2020. This is an alternative school that practices self-determined learning, empathetic support and responsible action. At konfliktbewältigung.ch she leads the mediation course, the parenting course and offers various seminars and lectures. # Trainer's primary language ## Sichtweisen entdecken - Perspektiven erkennen: Lernen Sie, Konflikte mit der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation zu bewältigen. Was ist Ihre Sicht? **Konflikte sind Chancen.** Konflikte gehören zum Leben. Sie entstehen meistens durch unterschiedliche Interessen oder Missverständnisse in der Kommunikation. Wenn die Differenzen ungelöst bleiben, bleibt oft ein schlechtes Gefühl und Beziehungen werden geschädigt. Als Ehepartnerin, Hausfrau und Mutter von fünf Kindern bin ich täglich mit Konflikten konfrontiert. Gerade im Familienalltag ist die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation für mich ein wertvolles Geschenk in Verbindung zu bleiben. Im beruflichen Umfeld bin ich unterwegs als Konfliktpädagogin, Coach, Autorin, Organisatorin, Mediatorin und Ausbildnerin. Im Weitergeben von Wissen und Begleiten von (Lern-)Prozessen geht mein Herz auf.
