As a Certified Trainer and Assessor for Nonviolent communication according to Marshall Rosenberg, I am committed to appreciative coexistence in society in which sincere self-expression and empathy have their place and in which the needs of everyone are taken into account and taken seriously. I am interested in spreading non-violent communication and training trainers who support the vision of a non-violent world. As a mediator, I would like to help ensure that conflicts in all areas of society are resolved non-violently and respectfully and that solutions are found that everyone involved sees as a win.

In individual counseling and coaching, it is very important to me to support people in recognizing and living their full potential. In my opinion, it takes living people who have their unlimited potential at their disposal, as well as the creativity, courage and persistence of each individual in order to establish long-term, life-supporting systems in all areas of society.
