Since I was able to get to know non-violent communication in 2003, my life has changed. With this "new language" for me, I not only learned to understand others better, but also built a loving relationship with myself that now enables me to understand with my heart. At the same time, I have mobilized new strength to stand up for my concerns and have gained more clarity about them. Conflicts are now gifts that allow me to grow and strengthen.

I like to pass on my enthusiasm for the essential things that happen when we are connected heart to heart in my exercise groups and training sessions. In addition, it is important to me to support and accompany people in their personal development processes.

Seit ich die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation im Jahre 2003 kennen lernen durfte, hat sich mein Leben verändert. Mit der für mich „neuen Sprache“ lernte ich nicht nur andere besser zu verstehen, sondern baute auch zu mir selbst eine liebevolle Beziehung auf, mit der es mir heute gelingt, mit dem Herzen zu verstehen. Gleichzeitig habe ich neue Kräfte mobilisiert, für meine Anliegen einzutreten und habe mehr Klarheit darüber gewonnen. Konflikte sind heute Geschenke, die mich weiterwachsen lassen und stärken.

Meine Begeisterung über das Wesentliche, das geschieht, wenn wir von Herz zu Herz verbunden sind, gebe ich gerne in meinen Übungsgruppen und Trainings weiter. Darüber hinaus ist es mir ein Anliegen, Menschen in ihren persönlichen Entwicklungsprozessen zu unterstützen und zu begleiten.
