Together with her life partner [Jim Manske](https://www.cnvc.org/trainers/jim-manske), she offered NVC training and mediation around the world, and continues to offer a Zoom-based practice group with about 50 participants each week with the [NVC Academy](https://nvcacademy.com/). She continues to enjoy connecting with and mentoring folks who are learning and integrating Nonviolent Communication. > “Our mission is to contribute to well-being and conflict resolution, personally, interpersonally, and in organizations. Jim and I refer to our work as Radical Compassion. Through offering the various tools and practices of Radical Compassion, we help participants to connect more fully with themselves and others. We design our training to stimulate creativity and build resources with a focus on experiential learning; we help communities to develop ongoing systems to support one another in integrating authenticity and empathy into the everyday fabric of their lives. We offer training, facilitation, conflict transformation, mentoring and coaching.
