I have more than 30 years of experience as a learning consultant, and I am studying to become a secondary school teacher with a focus on German and art education at the Ludwigsburg University of Education and the University of Stuttgart

Further training and further education includes:

- Kinesiology​
- Hypnosis/conversation according to Milton H. Erickson (MEG)
- Neurolinguistic programming NLP (Master Practitioner)

"When previously unused potential is tapped, new energies and joy in life and work develop. Often there is no lack of skills, but rather a lack of confidence in one's own strength. The method of Nonviolent Communication creates clarity about one's own needs and those of others and often brings surprising conflict solutions and developments in partnerships, family and career.
