**Mission**
My choice is to help people come to greater understanding and harmony within themselves, and with others. I am inspired by the sort of listening that allows all voices, judges none, and can perceive 'below the surface'. Also by the skill and understanding that allows us to express ourselves to others from our centre, with authenticity and kindness.

**Aim** I aim to integrate the wisdom of NVC with wisdom, drawing on mindfulness and meditation, Focusing, and trauma-therapy (Somatic Experiencing) – to find ways to support you as you wish and need.
