On my business and personal journey, I experienced different extremes in order to find a suitable middle path, which I am still looking for. In the business world, I spent a large part of my career in the international ICT environment, mainly as a manager and in a connecting role between the business and technical worlds. For the last decade, my life path has brought me into contact with nature, movement and the search for a different quality of life. Rich and invaluable experiences, however, I pass on to others as my mission. My mission is to provide support to individuals and companies in their search for their own path, fullness of life and awareness with the aim of connecting, cooperating, building community, improving relationships and quality of life. I work as a trainer, expert, leader, coach, father and teacher in personal and business areas. At the same time, I am an experienced communicator, a long-term practitioner in the field of partner relations and connecting communication. By education, I have a PhD in economics and business sciences, with more than a quarter of a century of experience in management, teamwork, organization and education in various domestic and international environments. # Trainer's primary language Dmitriy Kopina sem v prvi vrsti človek. Na svoji poslovni in osebni poti sem spoznaval različne skrajnosti, da bi lahko našel sebi primerno srednjo pot, ki jo še vedno iščem. V poslovnem svetu sem velik del svoje poslovne poti prehodil v mednarodnem IKT okolju, pretežno kot vodja in v povezovalni vlogi med poslovnim in tehničnim svetom. Zadnje desetletje me moja življenjska pot vodi v stik z naravo, gibanjem in iskanjem drugačne kvalitete življenja. Bogate in neprecenljive izkušnje pa, kot svoje poslanstvo prenašam drugim. Moje poslanstvo je nuditi podporo posameznikom in podjetjem, pri iskanju njim lastne poti, polnosti življenja in zavedanja z namenom povezovanja, sodelovanja, gradnji skupnosti, izboljševanja odnosov in kvalitete življenja. Delujem kot trener, strokovnjak, vodja, coach, oče in učitelj na osebnih in poslovnih področjih. Ob tem sem izkušen komunikator, dolgoletni praktik na področju partnerskih odnosov in povezovalne komunikacije.
