#  Trainer's profile

I run communication workshops for skill- and awareness-raising at all levels, in-house trainings for organisations, and one-to-one communication coaching. I also offer conflict resolution to help people hear each other, and mediation for those in dispute. My work is strongly influenced by my spiritual practice — with many years of Buddhist meditation and Focusing, both of which I having been teaching for years. I also work as an integrative counsellor.

I love requests to offer bespoke trainings in new places. Recently I have been supporting campaigners with eco- and social-action projects, in order to be fully heard and effective.
