Starting in the early 1980s, Isolde became committed to the spread of Nonviolent Communication in German-speaking countries. In 1986, she and her peace friends invited Marshall to his first meeting outside the U.S., which was the beginning of a worldwide movement. In 1997, she became a Certified Trainer, certified by Marshall Rosenberg. From 2003 to 2006, she was an Assessor on behalf of the Center for Nonviolent Communication. Isolde was a founding and honorary member of the Network for Nonviolent Communication Munich e. V. She was also a founding and honorary member of the DA-CH German-speaking groups for Nonviolent Communication. She also received honorary membership from the Professional Association for Nonviolent Communication. In addition, she was a member of peace movement groups: Project group “Changing the Munich Security Conference” (founding member and long-standing board member), Salam Shalom e. V., Religions for Peace and Pax Christi and Peace Initiative in the Munich Region. # Trainer's primary language Isolde starb am 30.1.2017 im Alter von 80 Jahren (Siehe die Originalquelle von [Netzwerk Gewaltfreie Kommunikation München E.v.](https://gewaltfrei-muenchen.de/nachruf-isolde-teschner/)) Isolde bildete für uns einen Mittelpunkt, wo sich Menschen treffen können, sich wohlfühlen und inspiriert werden. Sie liebte die Menschen. Sie setzte sich dafür ein, immer wieder den ihr wichtigen spirituellen und damit auch den politischen Aspekt in das sie umgebende Leben zu bringen: Wir Menschen sind alle Eins und miteinander verbunden. Isolde setzte sich seit Anfang der 80er Jahre für die Verbreitung der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation nach Marshall Rosenberg im deutsch sprechenden Raum ein. 1986 luden sie und ihre Friedensfreundinnen M. Rosenberg zu seinem ersten Termin außerhalb USA ein. Das war der Anfang einer weltweiten Bewegung. 1997 wurde sie von Marshall Rosenberg als Trainerin zertifiziert. Von 2003 bis 2006 war sie Assessorin im Namen des Center for Nonviolent Communication. Isolde Teschner war Gründungs- und Ehrenmitglied des Netzwerk Gewaltfreie Kommunikation München e. V. Sie war außerdem Gründungs- und Ehrenmitglied des D-A-CH deutsch sprechender Gruppen für Gewaltfreie Kommunikation e.V. Eine Ehrenmitgliedschaft erhielt sie ebenfalls vom Fachverband Gewaltfreie Kommunikation e. V. Darüber hinaus war sie Mitglied in Gruppen der Friedensbewegung: Projektgruppe „Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz verändern” e. V. (Gründungsmitglied und langjähriges Vorstandsmitglied), Salam Shalom e. V., Religionen für den Frieden und Pax Christi und Friedensinitiative in der Region München. Mitglied in der ÖDP.
