It allows us to bridge national and personal borders and to create spaces where empathy is felt and genuine encounters become possible" [ READ IN TRAINER'S PRIMARY LANGUAGE ](#in-primary-language) One afternoon, when I arrived home, shoes and schoolbags were scattered all over the hallway. I could barely see where to step. My first reaction was to shout at my children: *What is all this mess doing here?* My second reaction, however, was one of shock: *Is this really how I want to behave toward my children after not having seen them all day?* My answer was clear: **NO.** That was how my journey began. I first heard about Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2016 during a de-escalation training. Since then, I have experienced many things—there were low points and deep valleys—but my life has fundamentally changed. Today, NVC is present in my everyday life and in my partnership as well. Together with Sascha Poller, I received accreditation in December 2025. Along the way, I learned what genuine equality truly means: for me, it is a fundamental signal of respect, parity, and openness that creates trust. I experienced how important it is to keep everyone’s needs in view. In this way, deep connections can arise even in silence, because empathy does not always require words—sometimes a touch or a look is enough. I have learned a great deal from various trainers, and just as much from my children. They honestly reflect back to me when I fall out of connection, or when I am not connected to myself. My pedagogical background and many years of leadership experience in after-school care institutions in Hamburg have shown me how much pain children and young people experience in their families, in kindergarten, or at school. It is my wish to encourage adults, in their connection with children, to find their own inner stability without losing themselves in the process. NVC can open spaces in which genuine encounters become possible. I was born in Hungary, and my roots are important to me. As a member of the CNVC community, I would like to be active in my country of origin as well and pass on this perspective. Sharing NVC across borders is part of my vision. # Trainer's primary language Egy délután, amikor hazaértem, cipők és iskolatáskák hevertek szanaszét a folyosón. Alig tudtam hova lépni. Az első reakcióm az volt, hogy rákiabáltam a gyerekeimre: Mi ez a sok vacak itt? A második reakcióm viszont a megdöbbenés volt: tényleg így akarok viselkedni a gyerekeimmel, miután egész nap nem láttam őket? A válaszom egyértelmű volt: NEM. Így indultam el az utamon. Az erőszakmentes kommunikációról (EMK) 2016-ban, egy deeszkalációs tréningen hallottam először. Azóta sok mindent megtapasztaltam; voltak hullámvölgyek és mélypontok is, de az életem alapjaiban változott meg. Az EMK ma már jelen van a mindennapjaimban és a párkapcsolatomban is. Sascha Pollerrel 2025 decemberében együtt szereztük meg az akkreditációt. Az út során megtanultam, mit jelent a valódi szemmagasság: számomra ez a tisztelet, az egyenrangúság és a nyitottság alapvető jelzése, amely bizalmat teremt. Megtapasztaltam, mennyire fontos szem előtt tartani mindenki szükségleteit. Így mély kapcsolatok alakulhatnak ki akár a csendben is, hiszen az empátiához nem mindig kellenek szavak – elég egy érintés vagy egy tekintet. Rengeteget tanultam különböző trénerektől, és ugyanannyit a gyerekeimtől is. Ők őszintén tükrözik vissza nekem, ha kiesek a kapcsolatból, vagy ha épp nem vagyok kapcsolatban önmagammal. Pedagógiai hátterem és a hamburgi napközis intézményekben szerzett sokéves vezetői tapasztalatom megmutatta, mennyi fájdalmat élnek meg a gyerekek és fiatalok a családjukban, az óvodában vagy az iskolában. Vágyam, hogy a felnőtteket arra ösztönözzem: a gyerekekkel való kapcsolódás során találják meg a saját belső tartásukat anélkül, hogy elveszítenék önmagukat. Az EMK olyan tereket nyithat meg, ahol valódi találkozások születnek. Magyarországon születtem, a gyökereim fontosak számomra. A CNVC közösség tagjaként szeretnék a szülőhazámban is aktív lenni és továbbadni ezt a szemléletet.
