 [ READ IN TRAINER'S PRIMARY LANGUAGE ](#in-primary-language)

It was always clear to me that it made sense for me to contribute to the well-being of people. A lawyer by training, by learning about and gradually integrating Nonviolent Communication (NVC), I became a trainer by vocation. I became a Certified Trainer to continue sharing NVC with greater integrity and clarity.

NVC is the practice and philosophy of life that embodies all my values and those of the world in which I want to live. I also trained in mediation with NVC with the Mediate your Life program, to unravel the conflicts in myself and with other people. I am the mother of three children who have been and are a source of much love, inspiration and learning. I firmly believe that Peace is learned, both internally and with other beings, and that NVC is a path that leads us towards that Peace.

In addition to facilitating the Annual NVC Coexistence and Training Program, I offer introductory and in-depth NVC courses both face-to-face and online at the Institut Gestalt de Barcelona and mentoring sessions at NVC online in Spanish or Catalan regularly.

#  Trainer's primary language

Siempre tuve claro que para mí tenía sentido contribuir al bienestar de las personas. Abogada de formación, al conocer e ir integrando la Comunicación Noviolenta me convertí en formadora por vocación. Me certifiqué con el Center for Nonviolent Communication en 2016 para seguir compartiendo la CNV con mayor integridad y claridad.

La CNV es la práctica y filosofía de vida que encarna todos mis valores y los del mundo en el que quiero vivir. Me formé también en mediación con CNV con el programa Mediate your Life, para desentrañar los conflictos en mí y con las demás personas. Soy madre de tres hijos que han sido y son fuente de mucho amor, inspiración y aprendizaje. Creo firmemente que la Paz se aprende, tanto la interior como la paz con los demás seres, y que la CNV es un camino que nos lleva hacia esa Paz.

Además de facilitar en el Programa Anual de Convivencia y Formación en CNV, OFREZCO cursos introductorios y de profundización de CNV tanto presenciales como online en el Institut Gestalt de Barcelona y sesiones de tutoría (mentoring) en CNV online en castellano o catalán de manera puntual o regular.
