Contribution and transmission have been my driving forces since high school when I gave volunteer computer lessons and took part in humanitarian actions. I then pursued technical studies and worked as an engineer (development, project management, maintenance, and training).

In 1993, I began volunteering with the elderly. I put my creativity to use in individual support and collective actions to create links, offer areas of rejuvenation, and reflect on other forms of action.

In 2013, Marshall Rosenberg's book was both an obvious choice and a revelation. Non-Violent Communication gave me the reference points to understand/decode AND the means to transform. Later came the awareness of the need for personal transformation and sustained therapy in NVC.

Now, I'm working to serve people and organizations in the social economy, to support them and increase their resources so that they can focus on putting their dreams into action rather than managing interpersonal tensions.
