I work with diverse modalities, including training, coaching, mentoring, healing role-plays, peer support, and group facilitation. I created PAZCIENCIA, a Nonviolent Communication program for youth, guiding students for five years to become peer mentors. Today, the program remains active thanks to the leadership of the students themselves and institutional support. I am passionate about planting seeds that continue to grow; my goal is to expand PAZCIENCIA to more schools, leaving it running and structured so it can sustain itself independently. I have also worked as a consultant for leaders and organizations, supporting significant cultural change in institutions willing to go beyond an introductory Nonviolent Communication (NVC) course. For example, in a mental health services organization, we helped transform the organizational culture by integrating NVC with leadership development and operational improvements, achieving greater collaboration, clarity, and well-being across the team. I have collaborated with nonprofit organizations, conducting needs assessments and supporting community projects such as community gardens, promoting inclusion, honesty, and collaboration. I offer listening and empathy to those who care for others, an aspect of my work that I find deeply fulfilling. My experience also includes working with migrants and applying trauma-informed NVC. What I bring to each space is a multicultural perspective, shaped by living and working in different countries, languages, and cultures. # Trainer's primary language Mi experiencia como formadora incluye instituciones educativas, organizaciones y procesos de mentoría y consultoría individual y organizacional. Trabajo con diversas modalidades: entrenamiento, coaching, mentoría, juegos de rol sanadores, apoyo entre pares y facilitación de grupos. Creé PAZCIENCIA, un programa de Comunicación Noviolenta para jóvenes, acompañando durante cinco años a estudiantes para convertirse en mentores entre pares. Hoy, el programa sigue activo gracias al liderazgo de los propios mentores y al apoyo institucional. Me apasiona sembrar semillas que continúen floreciendo; mi propósito es expandir PAZCIENCIA a más colegios, dejándolo funcionando y estructurado para que pueda sostenerse de manera autónoma. También he trabajado como consultora de líderes y organizaciones, apoyando cambios culturales significativos en instituciones dispuestas a ir más allá de un curso introductorio de Comunicación No Violenta (CNV). Por ejemplo, en una institución de servicios de salud mental, contribuimos a transformar la cultura organizacional al integrar CNV con desarrollo de liderazgo y mejora de procesos operativos, logrando mayor colaboración, claridad y bienestar en todo el equipo. He colaborado con organizaciones sin fines de lucro, realizando diagnósticos de necesidades y apoyando proyectos comunitarios como huertas, promoviendo inclusión, honestidad y colaboración. Brindo escucha y empatía a quienes cuidan de otros, un aspecto que me llena profundamente. Mi experiencia incluye trabajar con personas migrantes y aplicar CNV informada en trauma.
