I have been a Certified Trainer since 2009 and a practitioner in AI-NVC (individual support using CNV). I also use the IFS and family constellations in my individual follow-ups.

What is important to me through the transmission of NVC is to be able to share essential values ​​for me such as: compassion, kindness, conscience, responsibility and spirituality.

I offer training to all audiences, in institutions and in the world of education, in order to contribute to social change and support everyone in their desire to be able to communicate differently and live their relationships with more authenticity and empathy.

Je suis formatrice certifiée depuis 2009 et praticienne en AI-CNV (accompagnement individuel employant la CNV). J'emploie également l'IFS et les constellations familiales dans mes suivis individuels.

Ce qui me tient à cœur à travers la transmission de la CNV, c'est de pouvoir partager des valeurs essentielles pour moi comme: la compassion, la bienveillance, la conscience, la responsabilité et la spiritualité.

Je propose des formations tout public, en institutions et dans le monde de l'éducation, ceci afin de contribuer au changement social et de soutenir tout un chacun dans son envie de pouvoir communiquer autrement et vivre ses relations avec plus d'authenticité et d'empathie.
