My professional path began as a singer at the opera. On my way to transmute pain through evaluations, I found Nonviolent Communication.

My encounter with [Marshall Rosenberg](https://www.cnvc.org/about/marshall) in 2006, the participation in the establishment of the German umbrella organization [D-A-CH e.V.](https://www.gfk-info.de/) - non-profit association, the following years with leading 2-3 trainings per month and leading an exercise group have shaped my growing into this wonderful attitude.

I am an enthusiastic speaker and my goal is to live a good work-life balance and to inspire people to dive into the depth of their relationships with NVC.
