"I see Nonviolent Communication as an invitation to return to our bodies and rediscover connection, even in moments of distance and conflict. It is a path of personal, cultural, and social transformation that begins with how we relate to ourselves and to one another in everyday life."

I have been working in education, theatre, and communication for more than twenty years. I support individuals, groups, schools, and organizations in developing relationships that are more conscious, authentic, and collaborative.

Theatre is the foundation of my work and continues to profoundly inspire the way I share Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I am particularly interested in what happens before words arise: bodily sensations, emotions, presence, and the quality of listening. For this reason, I often use the body, movement, theatrical play, and direct experience as tools for exploring connection with oneself and with others.

For several years, I have worked in schools facilitating emotional and relational education projects for both students and teachers. I also created *e.motivi*, a project that integrates theatre and psychology, and *Corpo Empatico* ("Empathic Body"), a program that brings together Theatre and Nonviolent Communication to cultivate awareness, empathy, and authenticity through body language.

Nonviolent Communication has profoundly transformed the way I experience relationships and conflict. I see it as a practice that invites us to recognize our shared humanity and to develop a presence capable of sincerely welcoming what is alive within ourselves and within others.

I believe that social change begins with our everyday relationships and the way we choose to meet one another. For this reason, I see Nonviolent Communication as a practical tool for peace—a way of transforming conflict and differences into opportunities for understanding, collaboration, and mutual care.

In my work, I strive to create spaces where learning, the body, emotions, and awareness can come together, so that change becomes something that is lived and practiced, rather than merely understood in theory.

> “My intention is to support individuals, groups, schools, and organizations in developing more conscious, authentic, and collaborative ways of communicating through Nonviolent Communication and embodied practice. I facilitate training programs, experiential workshops, and educational projects that integrate theatre, embodied exploration, and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). These experiences foster self-awareness, empathic connection, and the capacity to engage with conflict with presence, care, and clarity.”

“Before words are spoken, the body is already speaking. Through breath, gaze, voice, and presence, our intentions take form and reach the other, often before we are even aware of them. Nonviolent Communication invites us to nurture the intention of connection, because the way we meet one another is itself part of the message we offer.”
