It represents a shift in perspective where the energy of the heart resonates through words. It is an experiential practice that emphasizes being present rather than simply doing." Ceyda Hirsch grew up in Istanbul, Turkey. She holds a degree in Business Administration and has worked for many years in multinational companies. When she encountered the practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), her life took a dramatic turn towards self-inquiry and the nature of human connection. Her path led her to breathwork, in which she has been trained by Bernadette Blin at the CesHum in Paris. Ceyda has been a a breathwork and meditation practitioner since 2023. She offers 1-on-1 sessions to support individuals, leads online and in-person retreats in NVC, breathwork, and Human Essence Meditation in Turkey and internationally. She currently lives with her husband, Rob, and cats and dogs in Montreux, Switzerland.
