Grounded in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), my mission drives social change and contributes to global stability by partnering directly with influential decision-makers.​ *Professional background* I discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) after moving from my native France to New Zealand in 2014. I bring a background as a Speech Language Therapist, and now as a Certified NVC Trainer and Mediator, I blend clinical communication insights with my deep passion for human connection.​ *Core mission* Driven by a profound care for humanity and a desire to help create more meaningful communities, I aim to shift our collective way of relating from a divisive "either/or" paradigm to one of authentic togetherness. *Focus areas* While I support individuals, families, and groups to transform their communication and manage conflicts, I am particularly dedicated to empowering leaders and those in high-responsibility positions, as their growth creates a powerful ripple effect for widespread change and peace. Otherwise, I love singing a cappella with my fellow Stellar Singers in Auckland, treating my family and friends with homemade French pastries, and traveling.​ --- VERSION EN FRANÇAIS Ce qui donne du sens à ma vie est de contribuer à un monde plus pacifique, pacifiste et paisible, grâce à une manière radicalement différente de communiquer et d'être en relation. Ancrée dans la Communication NonViolente (CNV), ma mission impulse le changement social et participe à la stabilité globale en partenariat direct avec des décideurs influents.​ *Parcours professionnel* J'ai découvert la Communication NonViolente après avoir quitté ma France natale pour la Nouvelle-Zélande en 2014. Orthophoniste et désormais médiatrice et formatrice certifiée auprès du CNVC, mon travail conjugue expérience clinique en communication et une profonde passion pour des relations humaines de qualité.​ *Mission principale* Animée par l'élan profond de prendre soin de mon prochain et de l'humanité en général, je veux aider à créer des communautés plus porteuses de sens en transformant notre façon collective d'être en relation, notamment en passant d'un paradigme d'opposition « soit/ou » à une authenticité partagée. *Focus* Tout en accompagnant les individus, familles et groupes à adopter une communication plus empathique, je me consacre particulièrement à outiller les leaders et dirigeants grâce à la CNV, car leur évolution a un effet puissant sur la paix dans le monde!
