"My mission is to spread the attitude of appreciation and recognition of yourself and who you already are now. The way to realise the mission is to see the abundance we experience, the recognition of what we have already achieved, and the contribution of those who have contributed to it, and thus the beauty of interdependence. Appreciation of what I perceive as a way to build relationships in which disputes and differences are resolved peacefully."

I have been exploring Nonviolent Communication (NVC) since 2010 and have been a certified trainer since 2019. I chose this life stance because I care about building a world where there is more peace, mutual understanding and support.

I make my contribution to social change by leading workshops to deepen the skills of active and empathetic listening, honest self-expression, giving and receiving feedback, developing conflict resolution skills. I also work as a mediator, supporting teams and individuals to move through conflicts towards understanding and cooperation.

Porozumienie bez Przemocy (ang. NVC) zgłębiam od 2010 roku, a od 2019 roku jestem certyfikowaną trenerką. Wybrałam tę życiową postawę ponieważ zależy mi na budowaniu świata, w którym jest więcej pokoju, wzajemnego zrozumienia i wsparcia.

Swój wkład w zmianę społeczną realizuję prowadząc warsztaty pogłębiające umiejętności aktywnego i empatycznego słuchania, szczerego wyrażania siebie, udzielania i przyjmowania informacji zwrotnej, rozwijające kompetencje rozwiązywania konfliktów. Pracuję też jako mediatorka, wspierając zespoły oraz osoby prywatne w przechodzeniu przez konflikty ku zrozumieniu i współpracy.
